winboxmy Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using winboxmy's services. By accessing and using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the winboxmy platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
The winboxmy platform is a service available exclusively to users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you have reached the required age and that your use of this service is lawful under the applicable laws in your place of residence.
Winboxmy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of services on winboxmy, you are required to register a personal account. Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete — including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address. winboxmy reserves the right to verify user identity at any time through a document verification process.
- Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any other party.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the winboxmy support team immediately.
- Winboxmy will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the winboxmy platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods, including FPX, TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and approved digital wallets.
Deposits will be credited to the user's account once payment has been successfully confirmed by the payment processor. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen — most FPX and digital wallet deposits are processed instantly or within 15 minutes.
- Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the winboxmy account holder.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to security checks where applicable.
- Winboxmy reserves the right to decline or place a hold on any suspicious withdrawal request while an investigation is ongoing.
- Any attempt to transfer funds between accounts or conduct unlawful transactions is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to the payment method and the user's account verification level.
4. User Responsibilities & Usage Restrictions
Winboxmy users agree to use this platform solely for lawful and personal entertainment purposes. You are not permitted to use this platform for any illegal activity, abuse its systems, or take any action that may negatively affect other users' experience.
- The use of any automation software, bots, scripts, or technical tools to access or exploit the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing account credentials, selling accounts, or transferring account ownership to another party is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with the winboxmy platform's systems is strictly prohibited.
- Users may not claim to represent winboxmy in any capacity without written authorisation.
- Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system bugs, or deliberately take advantage of technical vulnerabilities is a serious breach of these terms.
Winboxmy reserves the right to investigate and take action against any user suspected of violating these rules, including suspension or termination of account without prior notice.
5. Account Policy, Suspension & Closure
Winboxmy reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons without prior notice:
- False verification or inaccurate account information provided during registration.
- Breach of any part of these terms and conditions.
- Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity linked to the account.
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
- Any attempt to exploit promotions or bonuses in an unfair manner or in a way that goes against the intended spirit of the stated terms.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. For voluntary closures initiated by the user, any available balance will be returned once the verification process is complete.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to a violation are not permitted to re-register using different details.
6. Intellectual Property, Liability Limits & Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the winboxmy platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of winboxmy or parties that have licensed it to winboxmy. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Liability Limits
The winboxmy platform is provided on an "as is" basis. winboxmy makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or service outages. To the extent permitted by law, winboxmy will not be liable for any indirect, consequential losses, or loss of profits arising from the use of this platform.
Third-Party Links
The winboxmy platform may contain links or references to third-party services. winboxmy has no control over the content or privacy practices of those third parties and accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss arising from the use of their services.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms should first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be referred to an appropriate arbitration body in Malaysia.
